2018 EASTER DINING IN MAYFAIR: WHERE TO EAT OVER THE EASTER WEEKEND
1.) Champagne Lovers’ Brunch for Easter at 34 Mayfair, Grosvenor Square
Available Easter Weekend, Friday, 30th March, until Monday, 2nd April, 34 Mayfair on the corner of South Audley Street and Grosvenor Square is serving brunch for the duration of Easter weekend, from Friday 30th March, until Monday 2nd April. Known as one of London’s most indulgent brunches, the menu features everything from a delicious selection of Benedicts and Florentines, to waffles with buttermilk fried chicken, light and fluffy pancakes with cured bacon and maple syrup, and the ultimate indulgence, lobster macaroni with shaved black truffle.
To accompany either lunch or brunch over Easter weekend, diners may enjoy complimentary top ups of Delamotte Champagne when ordering two courses. 34 Mayfair is open from 11.30am on weekends, including Good Friday & Easter Monday.

2.) Easter treats at The Mount Street Deli, Mount Street
Available from Monday, 12 March, until Tuesday, 3 April, the Deli will be packed to the rafters with Easter goodies. The deli's delicious milk chocolate eggs will be available, alongside a fabulous dark chocolate egg, fresh from the Scott’s kitchen and filled with salted caramel and black forest chocolate truffles, as well as carrot cupcakes from 34 Mayfair.

3.) Atul Kochhar’s Michelin-starred Easter 'Lamb Raan' at Benares, Berkeley Square
This Easter Bank Holiday, Atul Kochhar’s Michelin-starred Indian restaurant and bar, Benares in Mayfair, will be offering families and friends alike the opportunity to get together for a celebration with a very special offering. To mark the occasion, Atul be serving his famous ‘Lamb Raan’, which is designed to be shared with the table. The mouth-watering, slow-cooked leg of Cornish lamb is marinated in their signature blend of Lucknowi spices, gently cooked for 12 hours and then finished in the tandoor oven. Ideal for 2 to 3 guests, half a leg is £60 and for 4 to 6 guests, a whole leg can be ordered for £120. This will be served alongside a fresh spring salad, dal makni and some delicious warm naan bread.
As Easter is a great time for families, Benares has created something extra special - a deconstructed bespoke chocolate Easter egg for dessert. This will include a toy in a chocolate shell - a Michelin-inspired equivalent to the Kinder Surprise! This dish is sure to bring back those nostalgic feelings with adults or act as a treat for the kids. Bar Manager, Stefano Marchetto, will be toasting the day by offering indulgent Easter-inspired cocktails including ‘Sicilian Wood’, ‘Easter Hand’ and ‘Spring Julep’. Across the lunch period (1-4pm), a live jazz group will perform in the lounge for guests, which will be sure to enhance their Easter experience.

5.) Easter Egg Hunt and Seasonal Afternoon Tea at sketch, Conduit Street
sketch's annual Easter Egg Hunt for young and curious patrons will take place from 8am - 6pm on Easter Sunday, with a Seasonal Afternoon Tea on offer for £80 per person. Expect assorted finger sandwiches, petits gateaux, scones, Champagne options and a very extensive selection of teas. There will be various exciting and Instagrammable displays for your to feast your eyes on - one of them is imagined by Carly Rogers Flowers (pictured above) and will be on display until 2nd April.
