AN ODE TO SOUTH AMERICAN CUISINE: BOLÍVAR LAUNCH PARTY AT ANNABEL’S

We were delighted to attend the launch of Bolívar at Annabel’s on Wednesday. A new addition to the clubs’ ever-evolving dining offering, Bolívar is an exploration of South American cuisine, all while celebrating the rich tapestry of flavours and traditions from the region. Members and their guests can book for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with DJs playing Latino beats each Saturday night.

Bolívar can be found on the second floor of Annabel’s, where the party was held. Twiggy Garcia DJ’d, playing a mixture of Latin American disco, house and hip hop. Guests included Christopher and Tammy Kane, Ellen Frances Gibbons, Anissa Kermiche, Cyrill Ibrahim, Betsy Blue-English, Lino Facioli, Aindrea Emelife, Matthew Zorpas, Maxim Magnus, Phoebe Torrence, Federica Labanca, Isabella Charlotta Poppius, Jamie Gill, and Richard and Patricia Caring. Wednesday’s guests were the first to experience Bolívar’s enticing new menu and signature cocktails, including The Bolívar Margarita, Paloma Picante and El Libertator.

Designed by Richard Caring himself, Bolívar brings the vibrant and rustic charm of South America to Mayfair. This impressive space consists of a revamped bohemian aesthetic, carefully curated to immerse members and guests in an enriching dining experience. The original early 18th Century Antique stone fireplace, bold fiery colours, wooden furniture, and woven jute accents come together to create a warm and inviting atmosphere inspired by the culture and landscapes of Latin America.
