The May Fair Hotel has collaborated with ‘Julien’s Auctions: Property from the Life and Career of Marilyn Monroe’ to showcase an exclusive display of four of Marilyn’s most iconic costumes and clothing. The dresses on display are from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, There’s No Business Like Show Business, River of No Return and Some Like It Hot, available to view from 24th September until 21st October 2019.

Alongside the exhibition, May Fair Bar will be offering a unique cocktail menu, The Marilyn Monroe Collection, inspired by each of the four outfits on exclusive display in the hotel, including Lorelei Lee (from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes), Kay Weston (River of No Return), Sugar Kane (Some Like It Hot) and Victoria Hoffman (There’s No Business Like Show Business) - each named after Marilyn’s character in each of the films.

May Fair Theatre will be showcasing a one-time screening of each of the films:
Gentlemen Prefer Blondes: Friday 27th September, 7.30pm
There’s No Business Like Show Business: Friday 11th October, 7.30pm
River of No Return: Tuesday 15th October, 7.30pm
Some Like It Hot: Friday 18th October, 7.30pm

Special Packages
Tickets for the screenings are available as part of three elite dinner and drinks packages. Join the team for a screening of your favourite film with popcorn at 7:30pm, followed by the chance to experience the cocktail inspired by that feature (£20) in May Fair Bar. Those wishing to extend the evenings enjoyments can enjoy three courses of delectable Spanish and Italian small plates at May Fair Kitchen before the film at 6pm (£35) or indulge in all three with dinner at May Fair Kitchen (6pm), film at May Fair Theatre (7:30pm) and post-screening cocktails at May Fair Bar (£49).
