LANGAN'S BRASSERIE & NYETIMBER CREATE A FESTIVE GSTAAD WONDERLAND

This month, Langan’s has partnered with Nyetimber, the world-renowned English sparkling wine, to create a Gstaad wonderland in the heart of Mayfair. Guests can enjoy special dishes, Nyetimber vintages and immersive entertainment until 30th December.
Head Chef, Ben Mellor, presents bespoke menus and dishes, allowing guests to experience the iconic brasserie with a festive flair. This includes a Christmas Day Menu, from £105 per person, and a Groups Menu, £90 per person. Langan’s impressive King’s Caviar is served with Blinis & Crème Fraîche. Starters include Pan-seared Scallop with cep purée & shellfish velouté and Pumpkin Agnolotti. Mains include Lobster Thermidor Gratin and Norfolk Bronze free-range Turkey alongside all the trimmings including golden roast potatoes, and Langan’s much-loved roasted chestnut brussel sprouts. This is followed by Christmas pudding with Brandy Custard & Christmas Spice Ice cream.
A bespoke Nyetimber menu has been curated to complement each course, featuring exclusive Vintages available by the glass or bottle, including Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage, Blanc de Blancs 2015, 1086 2012 by Nyetimber and Rosé Multi-Vintage.
On the 16th, 17th and 25th December, Santa will arrive at Langan’s, and you can visit Santa’s Grotto Upstairs at Langan’s for photo moments and Christmas wishes. On the 17th December, guests of all ages will be able to enjoy the magic of Christmas with the addition of a pop-up Sunday cinema screening two classic Christmas films: Home Alone and Love Actually. Tickets are £20 each, or £60 for two tickets with two glasses of Nyetimber and popcorn.
Straight from the slopes of Gstaad, New Year’s Eve at Langan’s will see the brasserie transformed into an Après Ski wonderland with gondolas and vintage skis, transporting visitors to cosy mountain-top cabins and chalets.
