SKYE GYNGELL JOINS ALISON PRICE & COMPANY AT RHS CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW 2023

Explore, Forage, Sense, Taste

This year, RHS Chelsea Flower Show’s hospitality is set to welcome Skye Gyngell as chef patron, in collaboration with luxe-caterer and event design brand, Alison Price & Company (AP&Co.) The partnership will offer a beautifully styled, upscale destination dining experience, Spring Garden at Chelsea, providing visitors a truly luxurious way to enjoy the world’s most renowned flower show.

Taking place from the 23rd to the 27th May, the exclusive chalets and experiences on offer at Spring Garden will unite treasures from the natural world with London’s fine dining scene, for a culinary experience like never before. A haven away from the everyday, guests will be able to enjoy responsibly sourced and locally grown food, prepared with a passion for the freshest produce. Set in an oasis overflowing with plants, flowers and herbs, a variety of dining options will be available, with simple seasonal ingredients served in the style of farm to table.

For those looking to celebrate with friends or family, Spring Garden’s shared tables promise a unique experience that showcases food and flora in an entirely new way. Before delving into dishes from Skye’s bespoke menus, guests are encouraged to explore the garden and forage their favourite herbs and flavours to personalise their meal and drinks, including handcrafted cocktails and sodas that celebrate the spirit of growth and renewal found throughout Spring Garden. With dining options available from morning to evening, live entertainment, foraging experiences and show guides all on offer, there is no better place to enjoy Chelsea Flower Show with the ones you love.

For those looking for an unforgettable corporate hospitality option, Spring Garden’s chalets are available to hire for up to 120 of your chosen guests, or the team are able to create a bespoke larger space within the garden. Running for only one week this year, Spring Garden offers a memorable hospitality experience and will ensure your guests reconnect and unwind, away from the noise of the crowds but still in the heart of the action.

A true partnership between Head Chef Skye Gyngell, of Spring, Heckfield Place & formerly Petersham Nurseries, and leaders in luxury event catering, Alison Price & Company, Spring Garden is committed to supporting suppliers, farmers and growers, who embrace sustainable practices, while championing heritage varieties and breeds. Working in Skye’s signature style of wholesome, ingredient led cooking, the delicious dishes on the menu focus on seasonal, organic and local produce, harvested at the height of their season.

Skye Gyngell comments:

“RHS Chelsea Flower Show is a landmark event in the social and gardening season and I’m excited to be bringing Spring Garden at Chelsea with AP & Co to the show’s guests. Being associated with an event and experience that combines seasonality and horticulture with sustainability and innovation ticks so many boxes for me. Our planning is well under way to create an occasion that showcases the abundant late May harvest in an ambience that reflects luxury while also being conscious of its impact on the planet.”

A dining experience like no other, Spring Garden promises to be the perfect place to reconnect, unwind and rediscover a living place that celebrates the slow and simple. A day’s access to Spring Garden at Chelsea is from £440 + VAT per person and includes access to the Show, food and drink. Experiences can be booked in exclusive use chalets or a shared dining experience.
