NOVIKOV'S NEW SET MENU ARRIVES JUST IN TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL SUSHI DAY

Mayfair dining institution Novikov unveils its latest culinary offering: the Hikari Lunch Menu, available weekdays from 12pm to 4pm in the Asian restaurant. Curated by Head Chef Luca Malacarne, this elegant three-course experience invites guests to enjoy a refined midday escape in the heart of Mayfair.
Hikari (光) - meaning “light” or “radiance” in Japanese - captures both the spirit of daytime dining and the menu’s delicate balance of freshness and finesse. Whether seated inside the sleek dining room or out on the sun-drenched terrace, diners can look forward to a vibrant array of dishes, from expertly sliced sashimi and signature sushi rolls to indulgent hot plates from the robata grill.
The set menu includes a choice of starters, mid-course dishes, and mains, each crafted with seasonal ingredients and precision. Optional sides and desserts can be added to round off the experience think fragrant rice dishes, seasonal vegetables, and beautifully presented Japanese desserts such as mochi ice cream and coconut panna cotta.
Launching just in time for International Sushi Day on 18th June, the Hikari Lunch Menu celebrates Novikov Asian’s longstanding reputation for serving some of London’s finest sashimi and sushi.
