SNOW QUEEN VODKA MARTINI MASTERCLASS AT THE SQUARE RESTAURANT
"In a faraway land of snow-crowned mountains, crystal lakes and wind-blown fields of wheat, travellers hear whispers of the Snow Queen, the elusive protector of the realm. Entranced by stories of her magic, the bold and the curious have often ventured in search of her legendary palace of ice..."
Last night we hosted an event for women in business in collaboration with Snow Queen Vodka and The Square Restaurant on Bruton Street, Mayfair. The event attracted women who work in the luxury industry in and around Mayfair and was designed to showcase Snow Queen Vodka products in the form of a luxury martini masterclass with networking.
Ladies were greeted with a welcome Champagne before settling into the first martini making session led by the Managing Director of Snow Queen Vodka, Roman Park. He asked everyone to chose either a martini with a lemon twist or a dirty martini, before carefully instructing the class on how to make their drink using Snow Queen Organic vodka.
A small break ensued, as ladies chatted over spectacularly colourful canapés from the 2 Michelin Star kitchen (Head Chef is world-renowned expert Clément Leroy). Canapés included a tomato, burrata and blood orange savoury pot (very popular) and oyster tartare with a cucumber and shiso leaf granita - perfect for the month of September as oysters are in season between September and April.
Martini number two showcased Snow Queen Enigma, a beautiful bottle described by Mr Park as 'a martini in a bottle'. Snow Queen Enigma is a luxury flavoured vodka with a smooth finish, infused with lavender, rose and vanilla. It is a charming, floral spirit, perfect on it's own, served ice cold. Ladies reported that this vodka was particularly 'drinkable', as opposed to other brands that would certainly require a mixer.
Attendees were given a grey, wicker hamper containing a Snow Queen Vodka bottle of their choice along with two crystal cut martini glasses to take home. This gift is a martini evening in a hamper, to be enjoyed al fresco in the final days of summer or to be saved for an indoor soiree by the fireplace as autumn chimes in.
THE SQUARE RESTAURANT
At the heart of the Mayfair food and art scene, The Square aims to 'provoke, surprise and delight'. THE SNOW QUEEN
"Most have failed, but a lucky few have glimpsed the Snow Queen's beauty and seen her sorcery at work. Returning, they tell tales of elemental powers and delicate enchantments and of the smoothest, softest and purest Vodka. Although she herself remains hidden in a mystery, all know of the unparalleled elegance and flavour of her spirits, made with ancient magic and truly worthy of a Queen."
