MINI LIBRARY OF BEDTIME STORIES AT SHERATON GRAND LONDON PARK LANE

Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, one of 42 of Sheraton hotels around the world, are keeping families in mind with their latest offering. Post lockdown, Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, has seen a rise in business travellers; and London data collected by Marriott shows that business bookings doubled at the start of 2022. Parents who are staying at the hotel for business purposes will be able to take a mini library of bedtime stories to their hotel room to read to their little ones before their bedtime at home.

Many parents are adapting to ‘normal life’ once more, meaning they are having to abandon home life to visit colleagues, clients and prospective clients around the world. Bedtime stories, an important part of family life, are something many business traveller parents will no longer be able to assist with. With this in mind, Sheraton Grand London Park Lane are offer the chance to keep this important part of the bedtime routine present by offering a mini library of children’s stories for their guests to take to their room and read to their children.

Parents are encouraged to call home at their child’s bedtime via voice or video using a smartphone, tablet or laptop. They can then read their child or children one of six different children’s stories, retaining a touch of normality and family routine, even though they are away from home.

Justin Pinchbeck, General Manager of Sheraton Grand London Park Lane commented “Since the start of the year we’ve seen a considerable rise in guests staying at our hotel because of having to travel for work again. We were conscious that many people with young children may have become accustomed to being a big part of their children’s bedtime routine, something any parents will know is a priceless experience for both parent and child. As working from home becomes less frequent, we want to ensure that there was at least one element of home life they could replicate on the road when they were away from home for a period of time.”

When you check into the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, you can request the Bedtime Stories Library at the hotel reception, where the mini library is stored. Books are available different languages for overseas travellers and their children.
