The MAINE Mayfair will open on Hanover Square next month, serving New England inspired dishes in an 18th century townhouse setting. This exciting and extensive project marks the revitalisation of one of the only remaining Georgian buildings on Hanover Square, led by Canadian restaurateur Joey Ghazal.
