A TRUFFLE DINNER: A COOKERY MASTERCLASS & DINNER AT CORD BY LE CORDON BLEU
Wednesday 5th November 2026
For those looking to make the most of truffle season, CORD by Le Cordon Bleu is hosting an intimate evening of culinary discovery on Thursday 26th November, with just 14 places available.
Led by Executive Chef Karl O’Dell, the experience begins with a welcome drink and canapés in the restaurant’s dedicated cookery school, where guests will learn the art of selecting, preparing and cooking with both black and white truffles. There will also be an opportunity to put those skills into practice, preparing their own first course before moving upstairs for a four-course dinner in the private dining room.
The menu promises a celebration of the season’s prized ingredient, with highlights including white truffle linguine with girolles, Parmesan and hazelnuts, followed by barbecued Australian wagyu ribeye with black truffle, potato and bone marrow. A caramel tart with honey truffles, cardamom and dark chocolate provides a suitably indulgent finale.
Housed within a Grade II-listed, Sir Edwin Lutyens-designed building on Fleet Street, CORD combines Le Cordon Bleu’s celebrated culinary heritage with contemporary fine dining, earning three AA Rosettes.
Beginning at 6.30pm, tickets cost £185 per person, plus service charge, with an optional wine pairing for £70.
