ENJOY NICOLAS ROUZAND'S NEW SEASONAL MENU AT LE CAFÉ, A HIDDEN GEM

Monday 3rd August 2026

If you’re after a vibrant brunch this summer, head to Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud in Burlington Arcade, where you will discover a brand-new summer menu featuring elegant seasonal drinks and pâtisserie delights that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

The collection includes a trio of vibrant seasonal infusions. This includes the Detox Red Berry, blending raspberry compote, raspberry syrup and fresh berries with a detox herbal infusion and lemonade for a refreshing berry-forward cooler. Zen Citrus combines orange and clementine marmalade with citrus juices and sparkling soda water, while Tonique Exotique delivers tropical flavours of passion fruit, mango, mint and ginger ale.

Matcha lovers are equally well catered for, with the striking Iced Ube Latte topped with coconut foam, the colourful Raspberry Matcha layered with raspberry coulis and matcha foam, and the refreshing Matcha Cloud, where coconut water meets vibrant matcha in a light summer sip. All are available to enjoy in the café or as takeaway.

For dessert, the seasonal Brioche Glacée is a must-order. Nicolas Rouzaud's signature brioche à tête is paired with silky soft serve and offered in two irresistible combinations: salted caramel with caramelised pecans or raspberry coulis with fresh berries. Rich, nostalgic and perfectly suited to warmer days, soft serve is also available on its own throughout the season.

The pâtisserie selection continues to showcase the precision and creativity for which Nicolas Rouzaud is renowned. The Pistachio & Raspberry Charlotte layers pistachio sponge, pistachio mousse, white chocolate and raspberry croquant with raspberry compote and fresh raspberries for a beautifully balanced seasonal dessert. Meanwhile, the tropical Mango Cheesecake combines a buttery sablé base with mango cheesecake mousse, cream cheese ganache and a vibrant mango and passion fruit compote, offering a lighter finish for summer.

Elegant, refined and unmistakably Parisian, Le Café by Nicolas Rouzaud continues to be one of Mayfair's finest destinations for exceptional pâtisserie, whether you're stopping by for breakfast, an afternoon coffee or a seasonal sweet treat.
