January sees The Connaught’s celebrated chef-pâtissier Nicolas Rouzaud elevate a beloved French tradition with a suitably Mayfair flourish. His much-anticipated Galette des Rois returns for 2026 in collaboration with neighbouring diamond jeweller Jessica McCormack - a glittering union of haute pâtisserie and fine jewellery, available throughout the month.

Inspired by Rouzaud’s fruit-led creations and McCormack’s Fruit Salad gemstone collection, the golden, frangipane-filled galette is adorned with shared decorative motifs and conceals hand-crafted ceramic fruit charms within. One lucky guest, however, will uncover a lemon fève - winning a private visit to the Jessica McCormack flagship at Carlos Place and an exquisite pair of Lemon Drop Sapphire & Diamond Gypset Hoop Earrings.

A poetic meeting of craftsmanship, heritage and indulgence, this limited-edition galette is as beautiful as it is delicious.
