Open until 12 September 2026, 34 Mayfair’s Sparkling Mayfair Summer is a beautiful terrace created in partnership with renowned English sparkling wine producer Nyetimber. The South Audley Street terrace has been transformed into a floral retreat to celebrate the launch of Nyetimber’s limited-edition English Summer Rosé Multi-Vintage.
Overlooking Grosvenor Square, the terrace boasts blooming pink canopies, cascading roses and lush greenery. The limited-edition English Summer Rosé Multi-Vintage takes centre stage, with its beautifully illustrated bottle inspired by wild strawberries, raspberries and cherries, capturing the essence of the British summer. Described by Nyetimber's owner and CEO, Eric Heerema, as "English summer in a glass", the sparkling rosé offers vibrant red fruit notes and a silky finish.
To complement the wines, 34 Mayfair has curated a selection of seasonal dishes, including Tuna Crudo and Yellowtail Sashimi, alongside its signature Lobster Mac & Cheese, paired with 1086 by Nyetimber Rosé. For dessert, the English strawberry mousse with Nyetimber Cuvée Chérie sorbet provides a refreshing finale, while weekend brunch guests can also enjoy Nyetimber Classic Cuvée at a special price.
