WHERE TO DINE ON VALENTINE'S DAY 2023 IN MAYFAIR, LONDON

1.) LPM Restaurant & Bar, Brook's Mews

Beauty and the Beast, with Grey Goose, Saint Germain, Yellow Chartreuse, strawberry & fennel cordial

No one speaks the language of love better than the French and LPM Restaurant & Bar invites you to enjoy a cocktail menu inspired by the legendary life of Jean Cocteau, as well as a delectable dessert; Apple Tatin with Greek Yoghurt and Lemon, ideal for cosying up and sharing with your significant other. Visit for delectable French dishes and ever-lasting cocktails in an intimate and cosy setting.


2.) 8 at The Londoner, Leicester Square

For one night only, The Londoner’s rooftop bar, 8, will be serving an exquisite Japanese omakase 6-course tasting menu with a glass of Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé for Valentine’s Day. This will be complemented by four curated choices of Sake - expertly paired with the dishes. The tasting menu is £220 per couple or £350 per couple with a sake pairing.


3.) Annabel’s, Berkeley Square

Annabel’s Matteo’s

Annabel’s invites members to enjoy a romantic evening in Matteo's, with a Valentine’s menu features dishes such as Ravioli of Robiola Cheese and Tema Artichoke & Black Truffle followed by Passione a Due Cuori dessert. The Italian à la carte menu is also available. Toast with a glass of the newly released Dom Pérignon 2013 as you listen to John Cervantes on the piano, and Singer, Billie Black. A valentine’s cocktail will be served in The Japanese Lounge.


4.) Bacchanalia, Mount Street

On 14th February, Chef Athinagoras Kostakos will present the Venus Tasting Menu at Bacchanalia. The menu starts at £195 per person for an alcohol free fizz option, or £210 per person with a glass of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut Champagne and a paired cocktail with a dessert. Enjoy five sharing plates per couple, with a selection of truffles or petits fours.


5.) Park Chinois, Berkeley Street

Be transported to 1930s Shanghai at Park Chinois this Valentine’s Day as you enter a world of pure opulence in Salon de Chine. For those who want a more hedonistic celebration, descent the red staircase into the underground hideaway, Club Chinois, where debauchery meets live performances paired with your supper. 

From February 10th until 14th, you can try four Love Chinois special dishes - Italian Red Prawn with Kai-Lan, Hokkaido Dried Scallop, Fresh Lily Bulb, or Braised Supreme Seafood. Toi et Moi, is a special sharing dessert made with chocolate mousse with Cognac and orange, and a light raspberry and rose mousse with lychee centre, served with two chocolate hearts filled with chocolate and chilli ganache. 


6.) Sparrow Italia, Avery Row

Cacio E Pepe - Tagliatelle, Fresh Pepper, Parmigiano, Pecorino & Fresh Truffle

For those seeking a touch of Italy on Valentine’s Day, head to Sparrow Italia for Local Rock Oysters, Lobster Liguini for Two and special Valentine's Day cocktails including Lake Como Days, with Beefeater Gin, Appleton Estate Rum, strawberry syrup and gold dust. Afterwards, Italian desserts such as Cirtus Olive Oil Cake, Cannoli and Tiramisu await.


7.) Isabel, Albemarle Street

Isabel presents a four-course Valentine’s menu featuring seasonal Latin and Mediterranean dishes with rich, sultry and delicious flavours. The menu starts at £150 for four courses with a welcome glass of Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve NV or a mocktail. The menu includes Sea Bass Tiradito, Aubergine Parmigiana Tortelloni and Caramel Tart with Ginger.


8.) Bar des Prés, Albemarle Street

Bar des Prés presents a Valentine's menu from famed chef, Cyril Lignac. Dishes include Caviar with an Oyster Sakura VinaigretteMiso Black Cod with Vin Jaune and Baby Spinach; Crunchy Crab and Avocado Galette; and Almond & Raspberry Heart to share (£150 per person). Expect an intimate setting within this charming 18th century building. The interior has been redesigned this year by Parisian designers Dion & Arles. 


9.) Brasserie of Light, Oxford Street

From Wednesday, 1 February until the end of the month, Brasserie of Light will present a Valentine’s Day menu. In addition, order one of the 111SKIN X Perrier-Jouët Champagne cocktails to receive a complimentary 111SKIN Celestial Black Diamond face or eye mask! Cocktails include ‘Celestial’ (£30.00) a luxurious blend of gooseberry infused Plymouth Gin,  lychee, Lillet Blanc & Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque Champagne.


10.) PAUL, Piccadilly Arcade

Sharing Millefeuille Hearts at PAUL

Head to PAUL for limited-edition Valentine’s desserts including these charming heart-shaped Millefeuille, perfect for sharing. Crafted from layers of buttery puff pastry, raspberry jam (or chocolate and praline), whipped cream and fresh raspberries (or hazelnuts), this romantic treat is sure to impress your significant other. Romantic park picnic, anyone?
