IMMERSE YOURSELF IN UKRAINIAN CULTURE AT CHELSEA THEATRE

February 2023

Immerse yourself in Ukrainian culture at Chelsea Theatre on Sunday 26th February. Experience traditional music, art, dance, cuisine and crafts such as embroidery workshops and live folk-art demonstrations, and a unique VR experience, all inspired by Ukrainian arts!

The end of February 2023 marks one year since the beginning of the war in Ukraine and a year of defiance. In celebration of the art and culture that have given Ukrainians additional strength, RESTART and British-Ukrainian Aid have joined forces with Chelsea Theatre to bring this wonderful event to life.

WE RESTART is a charity empowering communities, tackling global injustice and improving well-being through paintings, photography, theatre, film, literature and other art forms.

British-Ukrainian Aid is a charity focusing on supplying humanitarian and medical aid to assist with emergency and relief operations to save lives and change lives for the better. We support the victims of war in Ukraine and help those who have been wounded, stranded or displaced, as well as the Ukrainian refugees who have fled the war and are now scattered across the world.

Chelsea Theatre is a studio theatre located on the King's Road. As a performance space, we are dedicated to commissioning, producing as well as presenting innovative and thought-provoking artists across various mediums including stage, spoken word, music and art.
