1.) Pilates + Lattes (of the m!lk variety)
Kick start your weekend with an energising Pilates class with super-instructor Lucy Mills, followed by a delicious, seasonal healthy vegan brunch from our wonderful chefs. Lucy Mills of "Your Ideal Fit" is a qualified STOTT Pilates, Xtend Barre and TRX instructor. Her teaching focuses on form and alignment. She believes that exercise should be mindful to strengthen the body for the long term, and is passionate in helping clients take ownership of their own physical development and journey. In Jan 2017, Lucy was featured as one of “7 New UK Wellness Gurus You Need to Watch” by Byrdie UK.
2.) Candlelit Yin Yoga Supper Club
As part of our Alternative Friday Night series, we're very excited to be hosting this special restorative evening. A 90 minute Yin yoga class taken by candlelight, and combined with the healing properties of essential oils. This beautiful experience calms the body and focuses the mind. This will be followed by a multi-course healthy, delicious supper. Expect to leave feeling nourished, rested, and peaceful in body, mind, and soul. Suitable for all levels, ages, and abilities.
3.) Yin Yang Yoga Flow
Join us every Wednesday evening in Dover Street for a post-work 75 minute Yin Yang Flow with Lily Silverton. The practice combines nourishing yin postures with dynamic Hatha flow to enable deep stretching and relaxation to the body & mind. Our Head of Yoga & Wellbeing, Lily teaches body positive, breath-led classes that encourage students to find their own form and alignment, to return to the breath, to join mind with movement, and to have fun! All levels and abilities welcome, mats and props provided. This class is by donation, so Pay What You Feel on the door.
