Renowned for its heritage seafood and polished yet welcoming atmosphere, Bentley’s is putting a celebratory twist on its much-loved oyster masterclasses - perfect for mothers who appreciate exceptional food and a memorable experience.

This hands-on session invites guests to master the art of shucking under expert guidance, learning how to handle, open and serve oysters like a seasoned professional. Along the way, participants will taste a carefully curated selection sourced from across the British and Irish coasts, discovering the subtle yet fascinating differences between Rock and Native varieties. From briny and mineral-rich to creamy and delicately sweet, the regional nuances that shape each oyster’s flavour profile are explored in detail.

Bentley’s knowledgeable sommelier team will also be on hand to introduce thoughtfully selected pairings, enhancing the tasting experience and offering inspiration for future entertaining. The class concludes with a selection of cooked and dressed oysters, showcasing the versatility of this celebrated delicacy.

To make the occasion even more special, all mothers dining at Bentley’s on 15th March will receive a complimentary drink and petit fours - a lovely finishing touch to a truly indulgent celebration.
