In April 2026, Samyukta Nair unveils MIKO Mei Fair on Curzon Street. The latest addition to her distinguished portfolio, which includes Jamavar, Bombay Bustle, MiMi Mei Fair and Nipotina. This new opening brings together the imaginative spirit of MiMi with the culinary precision of KOYN Thai.
Conceived as a home away from home, MIKO Mei Fair occupies the ground floor of MiMi Mei Fair’s Georgian townhouse, offering an intimate 50-cover dining room and a private space for eight. It is a setting designed for sharing plates, conversation and convivial evenings, where layered interiors meet warm hospitality.
At the helm is Chef Soonthorn Apaipat, Head Chef of KOYN Thai, whose menu is rooted in the art of Thai balance - freshness and heat, refinement and heartiness, lightness and depth. The journey spans Thailand’s regions, from the bold vibrancy of Isaan to coconut-rich southern flavours and the bright harmony of Central Thai cooking. Fire-led techniques take centre stage, with a robata-style grill enhancing the expressive character of each dish. Expect vibrant plates such as Netted Spring Rolls with tofu and spring onion, Prawns Pla Ra, Lobster Choo Chee, Black Pepper Squid, Pad See Ew and Yellow Crab Curry, all guided by an ingredient-led philosophy. The bar echoes this energy, with cocktails built around tropical fruits, warming spices and bright citrus. The signature Sabai Sabai blends Mekong rum with kaffir lime and Thai basil, while the Thai Pink Spritz and Golden Mango Margarita offer playful sophistication. Thoughtful non-alcoholic creations ensure equal depth of flavour.
With teal panelling, brass accents and lotus motifs, MIKO Mei Fair promises Thailand’s warmth and generosity, right in the heart of Mayfair.
